After creating desired outcomes for a course, I design the course according to my teaching philosophy.  I use questioning, projects, class group activities, weekly reflections, quizzes and tests as assessment tools. As I am assessing learning, I will often create additional resources to help students in problem areas.  I find that my courses are never stagnant.  Just because I taught the course the semester before doesn't mean I'm done with its design or assessment. I'm continually updating and adding things as I learn, find, develop or see the need for other components to aid in student learning.  Much of the material in support of this area is provided under Instructional Delivery since these go hand in hand.
